




**CUSTOMER SERVICE** * Treat customers with courtesy and politeness (greet with good morning, afternoon, or evening, how can I help you) etc; * Show empathy towards customers (put yourself in their place, serving them the way you would like to be treated); * When requested, stop what you are doing and give full attention to the customer; * Be ethical and professional at work, avoiding slang, speaking loudly, or discussing topics that may embarrass the customer; * When requested, record complaints, suggestions, and in case of doubts about product location, accompany the customer to the location; * Interact frequently with customers, suppliers, and employees, maintaining good business relationships. **OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES** * Provide support to supervisors, restockers, and sales promoters by retrieving products from overhead storage for restocking, terminal setup, transferring goods to branches, etc; * Prioritize telesales orders (picking); * Plan remounting needs together with the supervisor or team leader, either daily or whenever necessary according to RM schedule; * Reorganize overhead stock in a neat and safe manner, preferably storing products back in their original aisles when possible; * Do not leave empty pallets in aisles to prevent accident risks; * Handle pallets correctly to avoid potential falls from overhead storage, remounting and palletizing them securely; * Prepare a biweekly report tracking overhead stock dates; * Position pallets in the aisle so they do not block customer access to shelves; * Keep aisles clean and organized during reorganization, free of boxes, plastic, etc; * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and maintenance of machines and batteries; * Always use chains with signage plates in aisles to alert everyone involved about ongoing operations and indicate hazardous areas, thereby releasing the company from liability for any future accidents; * Under no circumstances use pallet cages to remove products from overhead storage, nor climb directly onto the machine's forks; * Drive at moderate speed inside the store to prevent accidents, especially involving children, and avoid sudden maneuvers; * Do not allow unauthorized or unqualified personnel to operate machinery. * Wear PPE provided by the company; * When not using forklifts, turn them off, remove the main key, set to neutral position, engage the handbrake, and disconnect the power cable; * Always prioritize safety aspects involving people, minimizing accident risks and working preventively at all times; * Label all pallets with their respective expiration dates before storing them in overhead racks; * Follow basic rules regarding posture, ethics, use of PPE, and work materials such as uniforms, badges, and others as properly determined by the company; * Always consult your superior if you have any doubts regarding work or customers; * * Assist other departments when necessary.
