**Main Responsibilities** **1. Forklift Operation** * Operate (electric) forklifts in accordance with safety procedures and regulations. * Perform loading and unloading operations for trucks, pallets, and various materials. * Lift, transport, stack, and position goods at designated locations. **2. Material Handling and Storage** * Organize products in inventory according to layout, location addressing, and methods such as FIFO, FEFO, or LIFO. * Replenish production lines or picking areas. * Collect materials and returns, ensuring continuous flow. **3. Inspection and Basic Maintenance** * Conduct daily forklift checklists. * Report malfunctions, defects, or maintenance requirements. **4. Safety and Compliance with Regulations** * Mandatory use of PPE and adherence to NR 11 and NR 12 regulations. * Drive at appropriate speeds and observe internal signage. * Prevent accidents by maintaining safe distances from people and structures. **5. Operational Support** * Assist in truck loading and unloading. * Support logistics, warehouse, picking, and shipping teams. * Participate in cycle counts and full inventories. **6. Control and Recordkeeping** * Complete reports, checklists, and movement records as required. * Record volumes handled and report discrepancies or damages. * Follow movement instructions via system, radio, or handheld scanner. **7. Workplace Organization** * Keep traffic aisles clean and unobstructed. * Maintain orderly inventory, segregating damaged or non-conforming materials. * Ensure pallets, boxes, and materials are properly positioned.
