The main challenges as an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – SECURE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT – UNIFAVIP AT WYDEN are: Act as the primary agent implementing our institutions’ pedagogical proposal, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—while continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; Make appropriate use of available teaching materials and encourage students to consult discipline-related bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; Meet all deadlines stipulated in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests from your respective course coordinator; Record, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, class content, academic activity results, and other information pertaining to curricular components, within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar; Contribute to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Examination (ENADE); Guide students in their course completion projects; Apply active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom approach when delivering classes. 2512150202201920900
