We seek a Senior Data Scientist to act as a key player in strategic projects. For our client, Artificial Intelligence is not an add-on but the core of delivery. You will have autonomy to design and evolve AI models applied to CRM, working in an environment that values agility and a macro view of customer impact. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed * Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist; * Practical and in-depth experience with AI and Machine Learning as the core of the solution; * Solid experience with customer data (CRM); * Proficiency in AWS, especially SageMaker; * Advanced programming in Python and data science libraries; * Ability to work autonomously and consultatively; * Experience with Data Visualization at a functional level (exploratory and explanatory). **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with MLOps and production-ready models; * Experience with GenAI, LLMs, or recommendation systems; * Experience with large-scale data environments; * Ability to mentor junior professionals.
