Requirements: **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable data pipelines; * Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance across the entire data lifecycle; * Handle data ingestion, transformation, and delivery in analytical and BI environments; * Support Analytics, Data Science, and Business teams in defining requirements and technical solutions; * Drive technical evolution of solutions, best practices, pipeline performance, and observability. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience in data engineering within medium- to large-scale production environments; * Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or similar); * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytical architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse); * Certification: preferred certification in data or cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, AWS). * Strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Hands-on, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset; **✨ Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Spark, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or similar; * Certifications: Databricks, Azure Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics, or equivalent; * Experience working in fast-growing companies, agile environments, or lean teams.
