The role involves researching suppliers, analyzing prices, managing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery processes, ensuring the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. **Responsibilities:** * Receive purchasing requests and requirements from various departments; * Prepare quotations based on purchasing requests; * Analyze and make purchasing decisions jointly with the department leader; * Verify inventory levels of items consumed in production; * Prepare fuel consumption reports jointly with logistics. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Negotiation skills; * Knowledge of documentation related to processes executed in the area; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Familiarity with tools and subsystems specific to the area; * Analytical capability.
