Participation in defining and implementing security policies We are seeking a Network Analyst to manage, maintain, and evolve the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of services. This professional will be responsible for monitoring, configuring, and optimizing the network environment, as well as resolving incidents, implementing improvements, and supporting other IT and business areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide second- and third-level (N2/N3\) technical support for network infrastructure via ticketing systems, ensuring efficient resolution within defined SLAs; * Plan, deploy, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi\-Fi, and interconnections between sites; * Monitor and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, access points, proxies, firewalls, Mikrotik devices, and other network assets, ensuring high availability, performance, and security; * Control access to network resources and servers using Active Directory for group management, permissions, and security policies; * Deploy, configure, and maintain network security, including firewalls, access control, segmentation policies, network antivirus, and other protective measures; * Oversee and supervise structured cabling services performed by partner companies, ensuring compliance with technical standards, schedules, and execution quality; * Document network topology, IP addressing, network points, installed assets, configurations, and adopted standards; * Continuously monitor network performance and equipment health, identifying bottlenecks, failures, vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities; * Support network infrastructure expansion and reorganization in projects, renovations, or physical expansions, collaborating with internal departments and external vendors; * Manage outsourced services related to connectivity and infrastructure (internet, dedicated links, IP telephony, data centers, hosting), including testing, measurements, activation, and monitoring; * Participate in defining and implementing network infrastructure security and continuity policies aligned with industry best practices and business needs; * Research, test, and propose new network infrastructure solutions and technologies that support the company’s growth and strategic objectives; * Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation, technical reports, and information about the network environment; * Ensure physical organization of racks, cabling, point identification, patch panels, and technical rooms according to technical and safety standards; * Maintain network monitoring, management, and inventory systems updated and operational. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT fields. * Experience administering corporate networks; * Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs); * Experience configuring switches and routers (CISCO, UNIFI, etc.); * Knowledge of wireless networks (corporate Wi\-Fi); * Experience with VPN (site\-to\-site and remote access); * Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, etc.); * Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS). **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Benefit Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
