**Responsibilities:**
* Execute the reverse logistics tendering process for products and pallets; control related procedures and documentation for claims; analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP and TMS; and guarantee that carriers meet agreed-upon deadlines.
* Execute freight tendering and dispatch scheduling, focusing on deadline adherence; execute and analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP and TMS; and support the transportation planning process managed by the control tower.
* Manage customer scheduling; handle delivery-related incidents; monitor delivery deadlines and status; execute and analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP, TMS, and the ticketing tool; and jointly manage requests with the client's customer service team.
* Perform duties in accordance with the SGI Policy, objectives, targets, and other SGI-defined requirements; carry out tasks per operational procedures and controls; report SGI non-conformities; and understand the implications of non-compliance with SGI requirements.
* Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within one's area; be aware of incidents and their investigations; and understand the right to refuse work if an imminent hazard is present.
