Focus on Learning and Technical Growth **If you are beginning your career in Information Technology and wish to grow professionally in the Networking and Infrastructure field, this may be the ideal opportunity!** **We are seeking a professional eager to learn, committed, and interested in technical growth, providing on-site support for network infrastructure.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support for network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN), following guidance from the specialist team * Assist with installation, replacement, and organization of network equipment**of the Position:** * Perform inspections of structured cabling (copper and optical) * Organize racks and identify network points * Respond to incidents and technical requests on-site * Record service reports and maintain updated documentation * Comply with IT security standards and best practices **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in: Computer Networks, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, and basic routing); * Familiarity with structured cabling; * Organization skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Driver's license, Category B; * Availability for occasional work outside standard hours (coverage for vacations/medical certificates). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical support (internships, projects, or lab work); * Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA A\+); * Technical English for reading; * Experience organizing racks; * Familiarity with network diagnostic tools; * Personal vehicle (not mandatory, but considered a plus). **Additional Information:** Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Employment Type: CLT Location: Betim/MG – On-site Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Important: Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule or during night shifts for occasional coverage (vacations/medical certificates) **Benefits:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance or fuel allowance (R$ 350,00\) Unimed health plan (no co-payment) Profit-sharing program (PL) Compensation: R$1\.522,71 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
