You will serve as the focal point for resolving day-to-day issues—from physical machine maintenance to user training—ensuring continuity of internal processes and efficient technical support. **Key Responsibilities** * User Support: On-site and remote (Helpdesk) assistance, resolving incidents in internal systems and productivity tools (Office Suite) * Hardware Maintenance: Assembly, preventive/corrective maintenance of computers, formatting, and software installation * Infrastructure and Networks: Configuration of routers, switches, and internal networks (TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS) * Asset Management: Rigorous control of equipment inventory, access management, and registration of new employees * Systems and Security: Basic network/server monitoring and support for data integrity and clusters * Training: Guide users on proper usage of company IT tools and systems
