Interested? **Then join our team and build your career with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with other departments to identify improvement opportunities that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency of processes and equipment. * Plan and ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, keeping resources always available for operations. * Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests — ranging from adjustments and improvements to installations, layout changes, and technical support (electrical, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic). * Support and lead development and installation projects for machines, equipment, and structures, overseeing layout changes as required by operational needs. * Lead, guide, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a safe, collaborative environment aligned with company values. * Monitor departmental results, ensuring quality, achievement of targets, and continuous improvement of key indicators. * Continuously seek new ideas, technologies, and solutions to make processes more efficient and sustainable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, or related fields). * **Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies** in one or more of the following areas will be considered a significant advantage: * Human Resource Management * Production Management * Maintenance Management * Maintenance Engineering * Production Engineering * Industrial Management **Additional Information** * Work modality is **on-site at the Crato-CE unit**.
