




**Vacancy for Nursing Technician** **Castelo dos Sonhos Public General Hospital** **Castelo dos Sonhos District – Altamira/PA** Castelo dos Sonhos Public General Hospital, a healthcare reference in southwestern Pará, is currently recruiting Nursing Technicians. Perform nursing procedures and patient care; 2. Record nursing notes in patient medical records, validated with signature and official stamp, ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and treatment continuity; 3. Maintain organization of the unit and infection control bulletin boards; 4. Identify on patient charts essential information for patient identification, name of attending professional, and procedures performed; 5. Conduct daily active chart reviews and case discussions with the supervising nurse; 6. Collect, store, compile, and disseminate data related to healthcare-associated infections; 7. Identify and propose solutions in cases of nosocomial infection outbreaks; 8. Provide, when necessary, explanations to patients and/or family members regarding performed activities; 9. Report patient incidents to the nurse; 10. Adhere to the work schedule established by the staff nurse; 11. Carry out tasks with focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation, day-off, and emergency coverage schedules as needed or upon request by the immediate supervisor; 12. Use resources (equipment, PPE, supplies, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or anomalies to the supervisor and safeguarding institutional assets; 13. Fully comply with the Institutional Code of Integrity and the Institutional Excellence Standard of Care; 14.
