Follow safety regulations and operational procedures **Join Our Team\- Loading/Unloading Assistant** The Loading/Unloading Assistant is responsible for assisting in the handling, organization, and verification of goods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and care throughout the entire logistics process. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in **loading and unloading** trucks, vans, or other vehicles. * Sort, organize, and handle products within the warehouse or shipping area. * Use hand carts, pallet jacks, or other manual equipment when necessary. * Verify quantities and conditions of goods, reporting damages. * Assist in proper storage of products according to logistics team instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace. * Follow **safety** regulations, PPE usage, and operational procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Good physical fitness for tasks involving effort and constant movement. * Ability to work in a team. * Organization and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or loading/unloading. **Behavioral Competencies** * Punctuality and commitment. * Agility and attention to detail. * Proactivity and good communication skills. * Physical and emotional resilience.
