Plan sets according to the shows and performances scheduled at the resorts. Assemble structures, stages, and other elements made of iron, aluminum, and wood. Support lighting and sound technicians by securing components and equipment at designated locations. Dismantle sets, sort parts, package them, and store them in appropriate locations. Ensure maintenance of sets used in performances. Ensure organization of warehouses and storage facilities under our responsibility. Assume full responsibility for assembly and dismantling of all events managed by this department. Supervise and guide third-party decoration service providers, ensuring adherence to our concept. Maintain care over tools used in these activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma completed Technical knowledge in stage assembly and event/environmental decoration.
