**Here’s what we expect from you:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields;
* Experience in customer service and incident tracking;
* Ability to monitor deliveries and communicate effectively with carriers;
* Strong oral and written communication skills;
* Organization and control of operational processes;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Organized, analytical, proactive profile with ability to work collaboratively.
* Knowledge of ticketing systems, ERP or CRM, as well as experience in basic administrative and financial routines, will be considered a plus;

**The professional will be responsible for:**
* Providing internal and external customer service via email and ticketing system;
* Monitoring deliveries with carriers to ensure adherence to deadlines;
* Resolving logistics incidents such as delays, lost shipments, and discrepancies;
* Contacting transportation partners to update shipment status;
* Supporting the closing and verification of transportation invoices;
* Entering purchase orders into the system;
* Maintaining accurate and organized records of operations;
* Acting as a liaison among customers, carriers, and internal teams.
