KPI monitoring and compliance assurance with regulations **JOB: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** ---------------------------------- **Location:** São José do Rio Preto – SP **Employment Type:** CLT – Temporary ### **ABOUT THE JOB** We are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to oversee logistics routines, ensuring operational excellence, achievement of performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance with DHL Supply Chain and client standards in Safety, Quality, and HR. ### **️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate activities related to **receiving, shipping, verification, labeling, volumetric measurement, returns, and pallet assembly**; * Lead and develop operational teams (assistants, operators, verifiers, assistants, and analysts); * Monitor and analyze **operational KPIs**, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs); * Ensure compliance with **HSE, Quality, Code of Conduct, and DHL/client operational procedures**; * Conduct operational and safety briefings; * Manage cargo priorities and material flow; * Schedule and monitor team training; * Participate in internal and client audits; * Ensure area organization, cleanliness, proper use of PPE, and supply replenishment; * Support administrative tasks and internal communication. ### **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in **logistics operations**; * Experience in **people management**; * Knowledge of **KPIs, metrics, and managerial reporting**; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree; * Experience in high-volume operational environments; * Experience with audits and continuous improvement. ### **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Proactive leadership * Clear and concise communication * Ownership mindset and sense of urgency * Logical reasoning * Organization and results orientation * Dynamism ### **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Salary:** R$ 5.872,09 * **Meal Allowance / Cafeteria:** R$ 35.11 per day * **Employment Type:** CLT – Temporary * **Working Hours:** Availability required Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA
