Support inventory control and ingredient storage The pasta shop seeks a Kitchen Assistant in São José do Rio Preto. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, sauces, and fillings. Cut, wash, and sort ingredients used in recipes. Contribute to plating and portioning dishes for sale. Package products and arrange food items for display or delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Support ingredient and product inventory control and storage. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
