We are expanding and seeking an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** to strengthen our commercial team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create, organize, and manage **daily leads** (outbound and inbound); * Conduct the **initial contact** with potential clients (WhatsApp, email, and phone); * Apply a **consultative approach**, understanding the client’s situation before making any offer; * Qualify leads (company profile, portfolio volume, pain points, timing, and interest); * Schedule meetings for the commercial team (Closer / Executive Management); * Record all interactions in the CRM; * Maintain structured and strategic follow-ups; * Operate with a **high standard of communication**, respecting the company’s premium positioning.
