Our daily routine is driven by a culture of knowledge management, people development, and a work environment that nurtures respectful, diverse relationships aligned with our core values: * We are protagonists * We take pride in belonging * We collaborate across networks with passion * We honor the past, live fully in the present, and build the future * We act responsibly * We celebrate human relationships Here are some of the role’s key challenges: * Deliver specialized services for Shift solution functionalities within migration projects, consulting engagements, and technical advisory assignments, aligned with your area of expertise. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with the project manager during the project planning phase; * Implement systems and deliver consultative advisory services across Brazil and Latin America; * Document and perform configurations to meet client requirements; * Support clients in collecting, organizing, and recording configurations; * Support the organization, documentation, and delivery of training sessions; * Maintain updated project and technical advisory documentation in designated repositories, and accurately log time spent in appropriate tracking systems; * Prepare technical documentation for Shift solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Full availability for travel is mandatory; * Availability for on-site work in São José do Rio Preto/SP.
