**Description:** The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a central role in evolving our Core platform, which consolidates franchise and broker operations. The priority is to ensure performance and usability in large-scale applications handling complex integrations.
Responsibilities and Duties
**Participate in the full development lifecycle:** conception, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and backend services
Contribute to architecture definition and best development practices
Support the team through code reviews, best practices, and quality standards
Develop critical features in Python (FastAPI/Django) to support business rules
Implement automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to reduce production errors
Use AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Cognito, SNS, SQS) for scalable and resilient applications
Perform continuous deployments on Kubernetes (EKS) using automated pipelines via ArgoCD/Bitbucket
Requirements and Qualifications
Solid front-end experience (React, TypeScript, hooks, context, performance)
Proven full-stack development experience, including APIs and backend services
Strong knowledge of testing best practices (unit, integration, E2E)
Experience integrating with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
Ability to solve complex performance issues in web interfaces
Excellent command of Git and version control workflows
Collaborative mindset with a results-oriented approach
Autonomy to propose technical improvements and mentor less experienced developers
