Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: * Developing internal tools for company employees. * Automating repetitive tasks and internal processes to increase operational efficiency. * Implementing scripts for network monitoring and maintenance. * Improving user experience through intuitive interfaces and useful functionalities. * Developing tools that facilitate technical support, enabling rapid resolution of issues encountered by customers. * Researching and implementing new technologies that can enhance the services offered by the company. * Working on projects to increase network efficiency, capacity, and speed. * Integrating internal systems with third-party software to streamline operations such as payments, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other business tools. * Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of developed systems and processes. * Training other team members and new employees on the use of developed tools. * Troubleshooting network issues to identify root causes and take necessary corrective actions, including log analysis, connectivity testing, router and switch configuration, and other relevant activities, as needed.
