The professional will be responsible for: * Providing **consultative support to units**, developing and monitoring **pedagogical and strategic action plans**; * Monitoring **pedagogical success indicators** (engagement, satisfaction, retention, and churn) and proposing improvement actions; * Leading **onboarding and tracking the franchisee's journey**, ensuring correct application of pedagogical methodologies and educational technologies; * Anticipating risks and delivering **training, capacity-building sessions, and mentoring**, either in person or virtually; * Providing **individual and regional consulting** to support unit development; * Supporting pedagogical initiatives related to the **application of educational technology and robotics in early childhood education**; * Participating in **pedagogical events**, such as conferences and high-performance training sessions; * Recording information and progress in the system, maintaining an **organized and strategic history**. ? **Job Location:** São José do Rio Preto – SP Interested? **Apply now!
