




Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support the development, maintenance, and customization of system integrations, contributing to continuous process improvement within a knowledge management and people development environment. Our daily routine is driven by a culture of knowledge management, people development, and a work environment that cultivates relationships rooted in respect, diversity, and our core values: * We are protagonists * We take pride in belonging * We work collaboratively and passionately * We value the past, live in the present, and build the future * We act responsibly * We celebrate human relationships **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development and maintenance of system integrations and customizations on the Shift platform; * Assist in implementing routines for reading, transforming, and sending data between applications; * Support analysis and resolution of incidents related to integrations and customizations in test or production environments; * Contribute to preparing technical documentation for developed integrations and customizations; * Assist in conducting technical tests and functional validations of integrations and customizations built by the team; * Support preparation and organization of deployment packages and code versioning; * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of integration and customization development processes and standards; * Participate in technical follow-up routines and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields**; * Availability for on-site work in **São José do Rio Preto/SP**; * Basic knowledge of **programming logic**; * Basic knowledge of **object-oriented programming**; * Interest in software development and system integration; * Basic understanding of **databases and SQL queries**; * Basic knowledge of **APIs, web services, and data exchange between systems** will be considered a plus.
