Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating procurement processes and service contracting, involved in inventory planning, sales campaigns, and operational structuring. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate material procurement and outsourcing of various services 2. Participate in inventory planning and sales campaigns 3. Master negotiation techniques to secure optimal terms Initiate, coordinate, and close material procurement processes for resale, raw materials, and internal-use supplies; initiate, coordinate, and close contracting processes for diverse service providers; collaborate with the Inventory Analyst on inventory planning and monitoring, including replacement time, DIO, DPO, demand forecasting, ABC curve analysis, MOQ, Phase In / Phase Out; collaborate with the Commercial Directorate on sales campaign planning, as well as bundle actions, particularly concerning component availability for occasional and ad-hoc kits; collaborate with the NPD Engineering Directorate; structure operations focused on VMI processes; apply negotiation techniques to achieve optimal commercial and financial conditions; organize unloading schedules; conduct detailed IQF follow-up, actively ensuring partner compliance with established standards; ensure on-time lead time—from budgeting to receipt at distribution centers; support the Product Registration Department by providing complete information for registration of new SKUs immediately upon order finalization; prepare performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
