On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include: * Report preparation: Create and update periodic performance reports, primarily using Excel and Power BI, generating insights for decision-making. * Planning and controls: Assist in activity planning and operational process control, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures. * Technical support (operational tools): Provide support in the use of operational tools and systems, helping the team resolve technical questions and issues. * Performance indicator monitoring: Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and identifying trends or deviations for continuous improvement. * Project support: Support the implementation and monitoring of internal projects, collaborating to meet deadlines, goals, and deliverables. * Internal client service: Respond to requests from internal departments (internal clients), understanding their needs and providing necessary information and support. 2510230202201765940
