We are hiring a Billing Analyst! **Job Description:** A professional responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency in the receiving and shipping of materials at our company. The ideal candidate must possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. **Key Responsibilities:*** Receive and verify NPR and PR material DANFEs, ensuring that information matches the purchase orders (POs) created and approved in SAP. * Generate blind verification manifests for shipments, except for bulk products, where validation will be performed by weight on the truck scale. * Notify the unloading department and direct vehicles to the designated unloading area. * In case of invoice discrepancies, notify the procurement team to investigate inconsistencies and determine whether to accept the shipment. * Monitor the resolution of invoices until they align with the corresponding POs. * Verify quantities and weights during blind counting and forward invoices to the tax department. * Manage shipping and billing for repair shipments, samples, and finished goods sales, both domestically and internationally. * Schedule loading operations, communicate with carriers, and coordinate vehicle dispatch to the loading area. * Archive all issued invoices monthly and maintain departmental organization. * Update and standardize continuous improvement processes per internal audits. * Actively participate in discussions regarding non-conformities and propose process improvements. **Requirements:*** Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * English proficiency and experience in billing and loading scheduling are desirable **About Corbion** Corbion is the global market leader in lactic acid and its derivatives, and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, functional enzyme blends, minerals, vitamins, and algal ingredients.
