Manage and analyze HR metrics (KPIs). Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees. Directly support and develop organizational leadership. Implement and manage corporate benefits packages. Monitor employee working hours and timekeeping. Provide support for personnel department requests, coordinating with the accounting office.
