Coordination of customer service standards **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Coordinate departmental processes and team to ensure the company's overall well-being, consistently meeting quality standards; * Responsible for coordinating departmental organization and operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards; * Supervise the team according to the people management model and management approval, tracking headcount and terminations, requesting position and salary adjustments, conducting interviews, meetings, training sessions, performance evaluations, timekeeping control, and applying disciplinary measures; * Coordinate the team’s customer service standards; * Monitor checklist delivery; * Coordinate staff and customer evacuation in case of fire emergencies, assisting the fire brigade in operating equipment; * Oversee the assets and loss prevention department’s operations, completing checklists and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and upon supervisor’s request. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and updated security guard certification; * Preferred: Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in security and leadership roles; * Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWDs.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
