Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, assisting with repairs and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities. 2. Collaborate with the team on various services and respond to requests. 3. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge in the field. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Break: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. * Assist in identifying issues and executing repairs on equipment and systems. * Collaborate with the maintenance team on painting, gardening, and cleaning of common areas. * Respond to maintenance-related requests from guests and staff, ensuring satisfaction and comfort for all. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Record completed tasks and report material and tool requirements to the responsible team. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills in building maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * A technical course in Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields is a plus. * Basic knowledge of building, electrical, and plumbing maintenance. * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Prior experience in building maintenance is considered a plus. **Benefits:** Overtime Pay
