If you are driven by challenges, enjoy getting hands-on, and want to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, **this opportunity is for you!** **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Monitoring the Field Services ticket queue * Providing on-site and remote support for tickets within SLA timelines * Direct customer interaction * Installation and repair of hardware and software for IT equipment and devices * Inspections and tests for preventive maintenance * Reporting ticket status to the Service Center, including ticket closure notifications * Conducting inventory of IT and telecommunications equipment * Maintaining and organizing technical rooms * Testing offline cameras to restore service * Performing cable installation and service activation **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education + relevant courses * Knowledge of telecommunications * Knowledge of microcomputing—hardware and software * Knowledge of UTP cabling, structured cabling, and twisted-pair cabling * Experience in telecommunications and customer service **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of physical security cameras Our selection process will be conducted online, including interviews with Human Resources and technical interviews.
