While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore vacancies posted under both Bunge and Viterra names. **Main Responsibilities** * Guide Classifiers I and II in their daily processes, monitoring compliance with established procedures and standards, indicating adjustments, providing technical support, and other related tasks to achieve objectives with productivity and quality; * Support management in technical oversight, including planning, implementing adjustments, controlling activities, guiding other Operators, among others; * Control the storage of grain samples; * Perform and/or validate moisture, impurity, and other analyses; * Carry out cleaning, cooling, drying, and storage activities; * Participate in scheduling shutdowns for maintenance, as well as monitor maintenance services in the area, supporting and/or verifying required services and compliance with safety requirements; * Operate less complex unloading and storage equipment, as well as perform pre-cleaning of grains; * Clean the area, machines, and equipment, keeping the work area organized and in hygienic and clean conditions; * Assist in grain classification by collecting samples taken from trucks, entering this classification data to generate specific reports according to internal procedures; * Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, checking quality until the moment of shipment and arrival at destination; * Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the type of product, ensuring contamination-free products (chemical, physical, or biological), according to established norms and procedures; * Perform minor repairs that do not require technical maintenance knowledge; * Respect and comply with the company's internal rules, quality system, and occupational safety procedures (PTP, PS, APRs, Communicate, Observe...), always use personal and collective protective equipment, keep the workplace clean and organized, and tools in good working condition to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues; * Request the preparation of PTPs for activities considered risky. **Requirements** * Completed High School; * Flexibility in working hours during harvest periods; * Knowledge of agricultural product processing operations; * Previous experience in operational routines related to storage; * People management skills; **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental coverage * Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev, company-contributed plan) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher or parking or shuttle service) * Pharmacy discount program * Childcare assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) (Based on achievement of goals and results) * "Count on Us" Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
