




Description: Academic Background * Completed higher education in Administration and/or Pedagogy and related fields Experience * Previous experience in a school environment is desirable. * Experience in student follow-up and application of inclusive methodologies. * Experience in educational processes. Specific Knowledge: * Strong writing skills and verbal fluency; * Communication ability and emotional balance; * Logical reasoning and basic knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines in the field; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards in the field: planning and administration; * Proficiency in software and computerized systems used in the field: Word, Excel, Outlook, and database usage. Comply with and enforce current regulations of the FIEMT System, establishing guidelines and policies for the unit under responsibility; Represent the institution and its leaders at events when designated; Coordinate, supervise, guide, and control the execution of activities under responsibility, providing data and information to support decision-making; Distribute and monitor task execution, analyze results, and ensure that team activities are completed within established deadlines and standards; Manage personnel under supervision regarding compliance with labor duties, attendance, time records, and overtime; Propose to the immediate supervisor the hiring, reassignment, or dismissal of employees; Encourage and monitor the participation of employees under responsibility in events, surveys, projects, and programs developed by the institution; Manage and ensure compliance with service contracts signed with clients and suppliers; Report on goal achievements, use, and acquisition of economic and financial resources; Manage and control the assets under responsibility, proposing maintenance and repairs when necessary; Conduct and monitor document management for the unit under responsibility; Participate in the preparation, revision, and monitoring of the unit's budget execution; Manage maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the physical space of the unit under responsibility; Hold meetings with the work team to disseminate information, share period results, and encourage active participation through suggestions for ideas and actions aimed at improving processes and service delivery; Systematically inform subordinates about strategic plans and drivers, budgetary and operational guidelines, regulations, manuals, instructions, and relevant legislation related to their activities; Propose improvements in operational processes focused on applicability to services provided by the Institution; Monitor, analyze, and disseminate research results, and develop necessary actions if required, together with the work team; Interact with the public and the market to prospect, promote business and projects, and coordinate actions in the interest of FIEMT System entities; Report on goal achievements, use, and acquisition of economic and financial resources; Manage current training and development programs; Participate in committees and commissions as called upon and designated by senior management; Prepare documents, notices, and reports related to matters within the scope of responsibility; Approve and monitor procurement processes for goods and services; Interact with the general public, providing requested services and guidance; Operate institutional vehicles in accordance with internal regulations; Perform other activities requested by the immediate supervisor. 2511160202461873244
