Other Requirements: * Class B Driver's License: Desirable * Availability to work on weekends: Essential * Availability to travel: Essential Schedule curricular units in a specific system according to coordination requests; Assemble kits for use in courses to be delivered by SENAI and distribute them to students; Develop course schedules based on information provided by instructors; Notify about course start dates based on data collected in a specific system for necessary planning; Apply and tabulate the specific participant satisfaction evaluation form for delivered courses; Manage and reserve classrooms for training sessions according to internal procedures; Keep course information updated in a specific control system for calling additional instructors; Support the Technical Course Coordination and Instructors whenever requested; Archive instructors' documents and evaluations; Assist teachers with printing assessments and other activities; Apply customer satisfaction surveys in partnership processes; Conduct market research for purchasing items for potential events; Request purchase of office supplies for the area of activity; Prepare, review, and keep updated the regulations related to the area/unit; Enter various and relevant process information into a specific system, according to necessary supervision; Support and monitor course coordination and its established partnerships, identifying non-conformities in Operational Units, aiming at correction and process quality; Guide instructors on filling out the class diary when necessary; Prepare contract requests for hiring new instructors when needed; Manage financial partnerships, economic agreements, and addenda according to internal procedures; Perform financial control of amounts to be paid by partnerships through a specific system. Assist in pedagogical planning, providing input regarding classes and extracurricular activities; Monitor and track student academic performance and classroom/course attendance to ensure optimal performance and minimum attendance as per established rules; Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with the class schedule and academic calendar; Maintain organization of documents and files according to internal practices and current regulations; Propose improvements or creation of procedures, work instructions, forms, and other documents that comprise the quality management system related to the processes involved; Monitor the assembly/disassembly of equipment/instruments and materials, whether owned or rented, during events; Participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions when summoned; Actively participate in the student's adaptation and retention process within the educational unit, meeting their needs; Perform other related duties of the assigned unit. 2510300202211839745
