Job Summary: A customer service and sales professional who manages cash flow, vehicle reservations, contracts, and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work involving multitasking and document organization RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Greet customers at stores, clarify doubts, and strive to exceed their needs and expectations; Sell additional services offered by the company; Perform daily cash opening and closing procedures. Verify and monitor reservations in the system to organize vehicle availability and reduce fleet idle time; Identify and register customers both on-site and in the system, verifying supporting documents; Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad-hoc contracts; Classify, separate, organize, and forward leasing-related documents to the store’s administrative departments; Generate service orders required to ensure vehicle availability for customer service and store operations; Occasionally deliver and receive rented vehicles, performing inspection procedures (check\-list); Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad-hoc contracts; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS TECHNICAL: Completed high school education; Valid and permanent driver's license; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). BEHAVIORAL: Strong communication skills and courtesy; Dynamism; Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Availability to work on a rotating 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule, including weekends Fixed salary \+ commission.
