What we are looking for: A professional responsible for drive-thru service, whose main objectives are to increase TC, TM, and profitability, ensuring fast service as well as adherence to product quality standards delivered to customers. Your responsibilities and activities will include: * Ensuring maintenance and organization of your sector at the beginning and end of each shift, in accordance with standards established by the chain; * Knowing the menu, dish composition and side dishes, product codes, and promotional campaigns, seeking constant updates from leadership and sharing this knowledge with staff under your supervision to ensure customer service quality standards; * Minimizing customer complaints through excellent team service, guaranteeing fast service and controlling the quality of products delivered to customers; reporting any irregularities to leadership whenever necessary; * Analyzing customer wait times and identifying opportunities for improvement within the drive-thru sector; * Ensuring speed and quality in product delivery by the kitchen team; * Working with the kitchen team to ensure adherence to the weekly production forecast (week-1); * Ensuring that equipment—including card machines and handheld devices—is available in sufficient quantity and in proper working condition; verifying adequate cash change availability for the shift and promptly informing leadership of any corrective actions required; * Acting cooperatively and focusing on teamwork, supporting other departments and leaders solely to strengthen the brand’s reputation and improve store performance; * Correctly implementing promotional materials and campaigns, ensuring compliance with communication/marketing elements; * Promoting and monitoring team adherence to current campaigns, promotions, and programs; * Identifying opportunities and managing the team—planning, monitoring, and conducting training—while considering motivational aspects and workplace environment, managing conflicts, resolving potential issues, and directing improvements to ensure team productivity and contribute to store results. It would also be great if you had: * Completed high school; * Experience leading teams; * Customer service experience; * Basic computer skills.
