




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, administrative billing processes, cancellations, change of account holder, and submission of regulatory files. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and agile support through multiple channels 2. Monthly billing management and issuance of invoices/boletos 3. Preparation and submission of regulatory files (Anatel, Agreement 115 and 201) **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via ticketing system, chat, and WhatsApp, ensuring agile and courteous support. * Execute customer cancellation and account holder change processes. * Perform monthly billing, including issuance of invoices and bank boletos. * Prepare and send bank remittance files. * Generate the Detraf file, issue related invoices, and submit them to operators. * Prepare and submit mandatory files to Anatel. * Generate and send specific files to the State (Agreement 115 and 201\). * Control and maintain updated records of active and cancelled customers. **Requirements:** * Intermediate knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas, and data organization) * Organization, attention to detail, and agility in performing administrative routines. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:42 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience in billing?
