You will be responsible for ensuring that technology operates securely, performantly, and agilely to support the company’s accelerated growth. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC); Administer Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and containerized applications; Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); Ensure high availability and system resilience; Configure monitoring, alerting, and observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK; Automate operational processes, routines, and deployments; Collaborate with development and security teams to adopt DevOps best practices; Participate in on-call rotation and incident response; Document architectures and processes (runbooks, infrastructure, recovery). **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields (preferred); 2–5 years of hands-on experience with cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps; AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch); Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, troubleshooting); Terraform for infrastructure as code; Docker and container management; CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar); Git/Git Flow, version control, and team collaboration; Linux and shell scripting for automation and maintenance; Experience with monitoring and alerting; Intermediate English for technical reading and certifications. **Preferred:** Helm, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK Stack, Python/Bash, Vault, experience with security and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001), FinOps. **Advantages:** AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps); Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS); Experience in multi-cloud environments; Open-source contributions; Proactive, analytical, collaborative profile with clear communication and curiosity for continuous learning. **General Information:** **Hiring Type:** PJ **Compensation:** R$ 6.000 to R$ 8.000 **Work Mode:** On-site in Florianópolis/SC **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday Equipped kitchen Birthday day off
