Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing construction processes, from material and service quantity takeoffs and requisitions to execution control and measurement, ensuring compliance with design documents and deadlines. Optimization of resources and schedules on construction sites Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or related functions * Perform quantity takeoffs of materials and services by reviewing execution drawings and procedures, aiming to initiate appropriate requisitions. * Submit material and service requisitions via dedicated software, using correct items and descriptions compliant with technical standards and requirements, to ensure timely site supply. * Verify service execution against Service Verification Sheets (FVSs), Execution Procedures (POs), and technical drawings to ensure work is performed as designed. * Monitor material consumption and quantities of completed services using dedicated software and the project budget, comparing planned versus actual performance. * Record contractor measurements via dedicated software to facilitate supplier payments within contractual deadlines. * Track progress against the milestone schedule to verify whether work fronts are meeting predefined targets, minimizing potential delays in service completion. * Confirm that production teams are staffed according to pre-established headcount, reporting any deviations to Production Coordination. * Maintain departmental KPIs by gathering relevant analyses for performance evaluation and continuous improvement. * Provide guidance and support to Assistants in their duties upon request. * Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 25112602024091555
