Job Mission Responsible for Quality Control analyses of beers and soft drinks, aiming to ensure product quality at the plant according to Heineken Brasil's standards and procedures. Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health. Comply with life-saving rules. Use personal protective equipment provided by the employer. Main Responsibilities * Ensure the execution of laboratory analyses for beers, soft drinks, and finished products from Quality Control according to established activity frequencies; * Guarantee calibration of equipment and glassware through proper planning of activities to prevent interruption of laboratory operations; * Contribute to improving production processes by evaluating analytical results and suggesting changes to ensure product quality; * Keep Quality Control data updated in the computerized quality system (Qualass) to provide information to factory support areas; * Ensure cleaning of glassware and equipment by organizing activities to maintain laboratory functionality conditions; * Participate in product release processes through the SAP system to guarantee shipment to Distribution Centers without causing loading delays. * Understand the importance and basic principles of HEINEKEN's Laboratory Star System (LSS), as well as the purpose of internal and external LSS audits. Be able to support implementation of LSS requirements \- 13 (1 star) and 18 requirements (2 stars). * Contribute to activities related to HACCP and ISO. * Participate in TPM activities (DCS, teams, RCFA). Education Technical degree required in Chemistry, Food Technology or related fields. Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
