- Responsible for executing the hotel's procurement processes, ensuring the supply of materials, products, and services necessary for the full operation of activities; - Procures operational and strategic items, including food and beverages, cleaning supplies, amenities, linens, maintenance materials, furniture, and equipment. Issues and tracks purchase orders, monitors delivery deadlines, and verifies invoices; - Plans procurement activities according to demand, seasonality, and hotel occupancy rates, monitoring inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Maintains continuous communication with departments such as F&B, governance, maintenance, and warehouse to align operational requirements. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; - Proven experience in procurement for large companies or industries; - Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; - Experience developing procurement KPIs, budgets, and strategic cost analysis.
