If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Summary Description** Responsible for supervising and controlling materials, equipment, and logistical documentation in industrial projects, ensuring proper receipt, storage, traceability, and distribution of materials to construction sites. Manages physical and documentary control of materials, guaranteeing compliance with technical requirements, quality, safety, and internal procedures. ### **Detailed Description** * Supervise receipt, inspection, and control activities for materials and equipment destined for construction sites; * Verify received quantities against invoices, purchase orders, and internal requisitions; * Inspect received materials and equipment, identifying damage, transportation-related defects, inadequate or tampered packaging; * Record non-conformities and report deviations to the Quality Coordinator; * Maintain receipt records containing information such as supplier, invoice number, quantity, date, and storage location; * Organize and archive technical and logistical documentation, including invoices, certificates, inspection reports, manuals, and bills of lading; * Notify contracted companies regarding arrival and availability of materials and equipment; * Perform controlled material deliveries to contractors, ensuring traceability and formalized receipt; * Inform the project team about material movements and releases to work fronts; * Support inventory control, on-site storage, and material handling; * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental procedures for warehouse and logistics activities; * Collaborate closely with procurement, quality, HSE, contractors, and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Education** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Construction, Logistics, Production, or related fields; * Additional training in warehousing, logistics, material control, or inventory management is advantageous. #### **Experience** * Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in material control or field warehouse supervision; * Experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably within mining, steelmaking, energy, or infrastructure sectors; * Experience in receipt, inspection, storage, and traceability of materials and equipment; * Experience interfacing with suppliers, contractors, and construction teams. #### **Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with construction materials, industrial equipment, and applicable technical standards; * Ability to read and verify invoices, purchase orders, and logistical documents; * Familiarity with warehouse and inventory control systems; * Knowledge of document control and material traceability; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material control tools; * Knowledge of safety practices applicable to material handling and storage. #### **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Operational control and discipline; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments; * Adaptability to dynamic construction-site environments; * Commitment to safety, quality, and process integrity. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: regular office * Work location: Almas/TO * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits Included in the Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass membership Educational institution discounts and partnerships * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
