So come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support failure and root cause analyses of equipment and processes; * Monitor maintenance and reliability indicators; * Assist in reviewing preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Support identification of losses, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities; * Contribute to standardization of routines, records, and technical documentation; * Support analyses of critical rolling mill equipment, such as rolling mills, furnaces, coilers, and auxiliary systems; * Participate in improvement, retrofit, or equipment modification projects; * Contribute to the culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics**, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of failure analysis methods, such as RCA, FMEA, or similar; * Familiarity with industrial mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams; * Knowledge of maintenance and equipment performance indicators; * Interest in predictive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—so we care about supporting our employees at every stage!
