




Job Summary: This professional will assist with recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll, benefits, occupational health, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. 2. Support in payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and vacation routines. 3. Organization of training sessions, internal marketing initiatives, and internal events. * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. * Assist in the **onboarding process for new employees**. * Organize and maintain **employee documentation and HR department files**. * Provide support for **payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and vacation** routines. * Support the management of **occupational medical examinations and occupational health and safety documentation**. * Update HR information control spreadsheets and systems. * Provide employee assistance to clarify questions regarding HR processes. * Assist in organizing **training sessions, internal marketing activities, and internal events**. * Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
