Job Mission We seek a professional to coordinate Planning and Control of Maintenance for the site, while also overseeing Facilities and the Parts Warehouse, ensuring operational predictability, execution discipline, cost control, and asset governance. This position is strategic to sustain operational stability, ensure adequate infrastructure, and guarantee availability of critical materials. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and planned corrective maintenance. * Ensure correct use of SAP PM, guaranteeing data quality, proper plan structure, technical lists, work orders, and reports. * Lead the PCM team, promoting execution discipline and technical development. * Manage backlog, plan adherence, weekly schedule compliance, and emergency response control. * Manage and analyze maintenance costs (OPEX and CAPEX), monitor variances, and propose improvements. * Coordinate Facilities activities, ensuring building maintenance, infrastructure, service contracts, and internal unit demand fulfillment. * Manage the maintenance parts warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, appropriate spare parts levels, material turnover, and efficient integration with procurement. * Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, % planned maintenance, plan compliance, warehouse service level, and cost per asset. * Support failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing reliability. Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree. Requirements * Proven experience in industrial PCM. * Solid knowledge of SAP PM. * Experience in people management. * Experience in cost control and maintenance management. * Experience in technical warehouse management and service contract management. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Reliability Engineering (RCM, FMEA, root cause analysis). * Experience in beverage/brewery industry. * Experience with TPM or APM. * Experience with digitalization and data analytics tools.
