Focus on safety, organization, and teamwork **Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the setup and operation of conventional machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drills, always under direct supervision. * Support the execution of basic machining operations, including cutting, drilling, and minor adjustments to parts. * Perform cleaning, organization, and preservation of parts, tools, equipment, and the workplace environment. * Progressively develop the ability to interpret technical drawings and accurately use measuring instruments. * Fully comply with safety, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in performing simple preventive maintenance on machines and tools. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school. * **Preferred:** Basic or Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (completed or currently enrolled). **Experience** * No prior experience required. * Industrial environment experience will be considered an advantage. **Required Knowledge** * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. **Behavioral Competencies** * Interest and willingness to learn and grow within the field. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well. * Responsibility and commitment to safety standards.
