The mission of this professional is to **strengthen the fraud prevention and detection strategy through the advanced use of data**, ensuring accuracy, speed, and intelligence in the area’s decisions. Over these nearly 30 years, GIF has tirelessly worked on corporate fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation. **A story marked by trust, dedication, collaboration, transparency, and respect.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build and maintain management reports **(MIS)** for monitoring key performance indicators of the Fraud Investigation area. * Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making. * Develop dashboards and visualizations in **Power BI** for various organizational levels. * Extract, manipulate, and validate data using **SQL**. * Support demand and project management using tools such as **JIRA**. * Monitor security logs and events using **SPLUNK**. * Present results and metrics to leadership and other company departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in related fields). * Proficiency in **Power BI** and **SQL**. * Experience with project management tools (**JIRA**) and monitoring tools (**SPLUNK**). * Ability to transform data into clear and actionable information. * Strong communication skills and ability to deliver executive presentations. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **Not mandatory, but considered advantageous:** * Prior experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in Fintechs, digital banks, or risk/fraud departments. * Previous experience in Fraud Prevention or Risk areas. * Knowledge of statistical models or machine learning applied to fraud detection. * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools for risk analysis. **Are you ready to make a difference in the fight against fraud?** GIF is the right company for you!
