QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ANALYST

Job Summary: The Quality Analyst – QMS will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ISO 9001 and problem-solving methodologies. 2. Involvement in product and process development projects. 3. Support for maintaining the quality management system and audits. The Quality Analyst – QMS will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The role includes document control, handling of nonconformities, audit support, and participation in product and process development projects. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Quality, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience/knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System); * Knowledge of analysis and problem-solving methodologies; * Advanced Excel (Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite); * Willingness to reside in PE or PB. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and audits; * Experience with customer-specific requirements (e.g., Stellantis); * Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). **Responsibilities** * Support maintenance of the Quality Management System, focusing on meeting customer requirements and specifications, aligned with ADLER requirements; * Control the entire documentation flow of the Quality Management System; * Define, monitor, and conduct follow-up on Action Plans for internal and external nonconformities; * Support the plant throughout all cycles and types of audits (internal and external), including planning, execution and/or monitoring, and issuing reports and statistical data; * Participate in product and process development projects (control and management of stages in the Customer’s MAPs system, sample delivery to Benestare, etc); * Perform other routine tasks assigned to the QMS.
