We value interpersonal skills such as effective communication, teamwork, empathy, courtesy, helpfulness, and punctuality. **Responsibilities:** * Control building and facility access, ensuring the security and well-being of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Maintain accurate records of entries and exits of people and vehicles. * Provide clear and useful information to visitors and guide them within our buildings. * Collaborate closely with the team and other departments to ensure the effectiveness of access control procedures. * Serve as a friendly and professional representative of PS4 Facilities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a doorman, access controller, or in a similar role. * Oral and written communication skills in Portuguese. * Basic computer literacy. * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environment. * High level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
