This role is responsible for architecting scalable applications, automating business processes, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in security, governance, and performance* REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration. * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. * Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs. * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. NICE TO HAVE * Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). * Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio. * Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform. * Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform. * Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Graph API. * Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL\-400, PL\-600, MS\-600\).
