Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal procedures The construction company is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Campina Grande. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement procurement processes in accordance with the physical\-financial schedule. Conduct quotations and strategic negotiations with suppliers. Review budgets and cost breakdowns prior to contracting. Issue purchase orders, contracts, and progress measurements via Sienge. Develop and approve suppliers. Ensure purchases align with the previously approved budget. Monitor supplier delivery timelines and performance. Track supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Ensure procurement and contracting processes comply with internal procedures and the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
